BILECO SIGNS MOA WITH FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF COLLECTION CENTERS
The Memorandum of Agreement was signed by BILECO together with Metro Ormoc Community Cooperative (OCCCI) for the establishments of BILEO Collection Centers in the districts of Cabucgayan, Caibiran and Culaba at the BILECO Multi-purpose Hall, Caraycaray, Naval, Biliran.
MSEAC Conducts Annual Convention
AVEC President Atty. Emmanuel Saño guest speaker of the BILECO 2010 MSEAC Convention expounded to the Multi-Sectoral Electrification Advisory Council the importance of a dynamic consumer advocacy in the philippines. He challenge the MSEAC to take an active role in making the voice of consumers in the rural areas heard before the halls of congress by supporting 1CARE partylist who will push the legislative agenda for the benefit of consumers of electricity, water, communication and fuel (gasoline, diesel, LPG etc.)
